Michael Paolucci
Mike has lived in Collingswood since 2014 and has taught at Collingswood High School since 2006, where he serves as vice president of the teachers union. He lives with his wife, Rachel, and 2 sons. He was drawn to Collingswood for its combination of green space, walkability and strong sense of community.
As the son of working-class parents Mike is committed to issues such as the rights of workers, affordable healthcare, protecting the environment and strengthening public education.
Mike joined the Collingswood Democratic Committee in 2023. Among his accomplishments was to lead a coalition of his colleagues to speak out in favor of a more democratic endorsement process from the county. Efforts that ultimately helped get Andy Kim elected to the Senate.
This time around there is much more work to do. With all of the threats facing our country, Mike believes strongly that it is more important than ever to hold Democrats accountable and demand that they stand up for their constituents. The people of Collingswood deserve someone who will challenge the status quo, work to build consensus where possible, and fight for what’s right.
